Protective Lacquer Option: Copper is always changing and requires frequent polishing to maintain the same brightness that is featured in the photo. To help maintain the luster and reduce polishing, you can choose to have a protective lacquer applied to parts or all of your pendant. You can have the lacquer applied to only the intricate details* in the nature scene to help keep them bright and shiny for as long as possible so there’s no risk damaging them while polishing your pendant. Or if you’d like, I can also coat the woven frame in the same protective finish. Please note that these types of lacquers may eventually wear off over time, but I will supply an abrasive polishing pad that you can use to polish the wire and remove the lacquer when the time arrives. (*Intricate details for this pendant would be the snake)
